Returns & Cancellations

Cross Sword Ltd offers the facility to return goods by obtaining a full Refund within 14 days or Exchange within 28 days of purchasing for an item of the same value, excluding return postage charges.

In the unlikely event that you find a fault or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Cross Sword Ltd will refund in full including return postage charges. If on inspection we cannot find a fault we may return your purchase to you and prior to sending we will charge you the delivery fee applicable to your location.

Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this until the refund/ exchange has been processed.

Proof of Purchase

Returns & refunds will only be accepted with a receipt, dispatch note or another proof of purchase and clearly stating the reason for the return.

Returns Procedure

To return an item please email: info@cross-sword.com to request a Returns Note to enclose with your return. This must be completed and returned with the goods including proof of purchase to the following address:

Taking care of our goods

Upon receipt of your purchase please take care when trying them on and ensure that you do not damage the items or the packaging, as if you wish to return the item it must reach us in perfect condition.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
